①——《多德弗兰克法案》（Dodd-Frank Act）：2018年3月14日美国参议院以67票对31票通过修改该法案，是要放宽对银行的监管、为银行业界拆墙松绑重要一步。
②——有瑞典研究人员，曾对全球4万多家跨国公司及其所有权进行过分析，从中发现，有1300家企业构成全球经济核心。而当中的超级核心就是这150家企业。他们占据了全球财富的40%以上，所拥有的权力更令人瞠目结舌。
这个有150家大企业的「卡特尔联盟」，制定了诸多明与暗的规则——它们涉足的领域广阔，如电信业巨头就有英国沃达丰；美国AT&T；韦里孙通信；法国电信。军工企业如波音；麦道。石油大亨像雪佛龙；埃克森—美孚；BP。农业方面是孟山都；先正达；杜邦；拜耳；嘉吉；阿丹米。房地产业方面包括印度的德里土地金融等。当中更不乏「赌城之父」史蒂夫•韦恩；微软创始人保罗•艾伦等等这样的名人。为便于说明他们的规模，不妨列举一些数字——据《福布斯》杂志2011年统计，这些大公司当年的营业额高达36万亿，净利润为2.6万亿美元。他们的资本总额高达149万亿美元，就相等于全球GDP总值的2倍，比所有发展中国家GDP总和的6倍还多，员工更是多达8300万人。在他们背后操控全局的，就是华尔街和伦敦金融业界的屈指可数的一帮寡头。
